Agency OS is designed to scale with your team. Whether you have 5 or 500 affiliated advisors, the platform grows with you. Pricing is per agency — not per advisor seat.
Do affiliated advisors need their own EFX membership?
No. Agency OS includes supplier content library access for all affiliated advisors under your agency account. Individual advisor memberships are not required.
What does the $1,000 setup fee cover?
Complete platform configuration, custom branding, pre-loaded travel agency workflows, supplier content library integration, a live onboarding session, and full team training.
How long does setup take?
Full platform setup and advisor onboarding is completed within 30 days of your setup fee payment
Can we cancel the monthly membership?
Yes. The $500/month subscription can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. The $1,000 setup fee is non-refundable.
